1.1 Eligibility: Only delegates (Exhibitors representing Hotels, DMCs, Destinations, Cruise Lines, Airlines, etc.) accepted by Luxury Travel Show s.r.o., hereinafter referred to as the Organisers, will be permitted to attend and have entrance to the workshop, Access Luxury Travel Show (ALTS).
1.2 Invitation-Only: Under the conditions of a by-invitation-only event, the Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not wearing an ALTS badge.
1.3 Badge Requirement: Each registered and selected participant will be given a badge with their name and company name on it. This badge must remain in place until they are no longer required to enter either the workshop, Access Luxury Travel Show, or any related events – such as the official lunches, networking activities, or evening events.
2.1 Provision of Services: The Organisers undertake to provide the accepted exhibitor with an exhibitor’s place at ALTS with the benefits in accordance with the purchased package.
2.2 Exhibitor’s Commitment: The Exhibitor undertakes to provide payment for the services rendered by the Organisers in accordance with the Payment Policy outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

4.1 Participation Fees: The Exhibitor will be informed about the participation fees upon registration. Any changes or additions regarding the Exhibitor’s participation must be made and agreed upon in writing with the Organisers.

All exhibiting companies are fully responsible for VAT liabilities as required by the local governing authorities. The Organisers have no responsibility for the relevant VAT process. This is exclusively between the participating Exhibitor and the relevant local authorities.

The Organisers may cancel the event due to force majeure circumstances, and no penalties shall apply to them. Force majeure includes but is not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, strikes, lockouts, or any other events beyond the reasonable control of the parties which lead to the cancellation of the event.
